About the Conference
With government, national, and local expert panelists, this one-day advanced conference offers answers and practice strategies for winning the most difficult cases. Morning plenary sessions include a hot topics panel; our perennial favorite inter-agency panel with representatives from USCIS, ICE, and CBP; and a panel on top inadmissibility issues. The afternoon sessions include a business track and a removal track. In the business track, panelists will discuss options for entrepreneurs and emerging businesses, service center practice and strategies, and latest PERM issues. In the removal track, panel topics include a review of recent BIA and circuit decisions, representing minors before EOIR, and the immigration consequences of criminal activity. There will be an ethics discussion in the morning and topical discussion round tables during the lunch break. Network, get CLE credit, and learn strategies that you can apply in your practice. This year, more national speakers than ever before are coming to you with their expertise. Don’t miss this excellent opportunity!
