16th Annual AILA New England Immigration Law Conference

Friday, March 1, 2019

About the Conference

AILA New England showcases expert moderators and panelists from the region and across the United States at our advanced one-day annual conference. Please join us for discussion on the latest news, practice developments, and strategies for success. Conference classics such as the Hot Topics Panel and the Inter-agency Panel return in addition to a morning session on Administrative Litigation. The afternoon includes both a Removal Defense track and a Business Immigration track for attendees to choose from. Topics within Removal Defense include winning asylum strategies, trends and tactics in removal defense, and challenging agency action in state and federal court. Topics within Business Immigration include ethical dilemmas facing us all, student visa practice, and dealing with the spate of recently-issued authoritative memoranda. Scattered throughout the day are networking sessions along with an Ask an Expert lunch breakout for more individualized conversation. Connect with adjudicators and decision makers in person, in addition to earning CLE credit. Don’t miss out!
