New Horizons: Advanced Strategies in Immigration Law in the Biden and COVID Era

AILA New England will bring together on Zoom ten teams of eminent experts from the region and across the United States for our advanced 3-day annual conference over three afternoons of March 3, 4 and 5, 2021. Please join our virtual conference for the latest news, practice developments, and strategies for success. Plenary Day 1 highlights include a Hot Topics Panel, avoiding and managing client conflicts, and public charge issues impacting all practice areas. Day 2 covers Business Immigration with topics including employer compliance of remote workforce in a Covid-19 era, EB-1 and NIW permanent residence options, and a deep-dive panel discussion of Business Immigration Hot Topics in the Biden Administration. Day 3 will offer panels on the challenges of Particular Social Group for asylum claimants, Federal Court approaches to immigration relief, and how to build a record to win your court case. Take advantage of any and all of the three tracks offered on Zoom each afternoon for a total of ten panels to join with colleagues and experts for the latest developments in immigration law as we embark on the practice of immigration law under the new Biden Administration.

Registration after February 28, 2021 will be availble for a cost of $350. Registration in advance is strongly encouraged to ensure access. Please note there is no “a la carte” pricing; the registration fee allows access to all tracks and all panels over three days.

**Non-profit, First-time attendee, and Law student discounts expire on early bird deadline.

Cancellation Policy: If you are not able to attend, you may send a substitute attendee or email: ailaneconference@gmail.com no later than seven (7) full calendar days prior to the conference to receive a refund less a $25.00 processing fee. No refund without prior notice.
Course Materials: Please note that all course materials for this conference will be published electronically and are included in your registration fee. They will be made available on AILA NE’s website before March 3.
