About the Conference
With government, national, and local expert panelists, this one-day advanced conference offers answers and practice strategies for winning challenging cases. Come and learn the latest news and practice. Morning plenary sessions include a hot topics panel and our perennial favorite inter-agency panel with representatives from USCIS, ICE, and CBP. We will also have a full panel devoted to CBP issues. The afternoon sessions include a business track and a removal track. In the business track, panelists will discuss Compliance, PERM, and practicing immigration law in the age of Trump. In the removal track, panel topics include humanitarian relief, federal litigation strategies, and post removal relief. There will be an ethics discussion in the morning and topical discussion round tables during the lunch break, as well as an Ask an Expert lunch breakout where you can get your practice questions answered. Network, get CLE credit, and learn strategies that you can apply in your practice. Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to meet the adjudicators and decision makers in person!
